I understand that personalization is permanent and cannot be undone. Arch Engraving will be unable to make any changes once production has started.

I understand that customer-supplied items are left with Arch Engraving at the customer's own risk. While Arch Engraving exercises reasonable care in handling all items, if an issue arises due to our error, we will work with the customer to reach a fair resolution.

I understand that no refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted. Any loss of value - perceived or real - is the sole responsibility of the customer.

I understand that I am responsible for reviewing the artwork proof for accuracy before approving it, I also understand that my delay in approving a proof may delay the production timeline for my item. Arch Engraving is not responsible for errors on an approved proof.
