General
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive informational text messages about your orders from ARCH ENGRAVING. Messages may be sent to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Messages will only be sent to update you about your existing orders. For example, we may alert you that your order is complete and ready for pickup or has been shipped. ARCH ENGRAVING reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent while you have open orders with us, but all messages will be informational about your orders. We will not use this service to send marketing messages. ARCH ENGRAVING also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive informational messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP." After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
If you would like to receive messages from ARCH ENGRAVING again, simply sign up as you did the first time and ARCH ENGRAVING will resume sending informational messages.

Text "HELP" at any time and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe.

Transfer of Mobile Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at sales@archengraving.com.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Messaging Terms.
